Register Device Information
Devices can be managed individually by entering device information directly in Admin.

Click the top-left menu bar, then click Admin > the device you want to enroll.

Once you've selected the device you want to enrol, enter the appropriate information to make it work.

Item | Description |
Tracking Start Date | Select the date the device is activated |
Description | Include remarks or any additional information |
Transmission Interval (min.) | Decide how many times a day you want to have data sent to you |
Measurement Interval (min.) | Sets how often the device measures data, in minutes. Separate from the transmission interval, this determines how often the device collects data |
Tracking Type | Determine the type of tracking environment in which the device will be enabled: Land and Sea , Land, and Air |
It's important to balance the frequency of data you need with battery life, as more frequent transfers will reduce battery life.

Includes enough spare power to keep data for 3 months.

Battery life is calculated based on temperatures between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Battery life depends on the quality of your network signal, and the numbers presented below are estimated for the worst case scenario. (Poor signal can drain the battery faster.)

Registering Shipping Information
Once you've added the device information to monitor the land leg, you need to add the shipment information to track the sea leg.
The input field is only active if you have selected the Land and Sea option in [Tracking Type].

Enter the information for the shipment you'd like to track.

Item | Description |
Carrier | Select the booking shipping line that issued the invoice. |
Container No. | Enter the unique number for the container. |
Booking No. | Enter the Carrier Booking Confirmation No. |
M-B/L No. | Enter the Master-Bill of Lading No. issued by the shipping company. |
Customer Reference No. | This is optional, and you can enter a reference number that you manage yourself. |

When you've entered all of your device and shipment information, click Save.
