Shipment Tracking
1. You can easily search for your registered cargo using the following search options:
Default Search Options
•
Type: View shipments categorized by B/L, CNTR, or BKG.
•
Period – Filter shipments by a specific date range.

Type – Choose between estimated (ETD/ETA) or actual (ATD/ATA) timestamps.

2. Get an overview of your shipments, then click each item to view detailed shipment information.

Shipment Tracking & Status
•
Initial ETD/ETA: Represents the estimated time of departure and arrival provided by the carrier when the B/L, Booking, or Container number is first registered in our system.
•
ETD/ETA: Reflects the latest estimated departure and arrival time provided directly by the carrier.
3. Click on a registered container, booking, or B/L number to access detailed tracking information, including a map view of the shipment’s route.
Please note that processing may take a few moments after registration before the shipment appears. If the shipment does not appear immediately, you can refresh the page by clicking the 'Reload' button.
Shipment Route Milestones
•
When you click on B/L, CNTR, or BKG at the top, you can quickly view a summary of your cargo tracking details.
•
POR: Place of Receipt
•
POL: Port of Loading
•
TSD: Transit Discharging
•
TSL: Transit Loading
•
POD: Port of Discharging
•
PVY: Place of Delivery
•
Calling Port: Port of Calling

Click on ‘More’ to see the port of calling.
•
Monitor your cargo's real-time status and stay updated on its movements.
•
To view the current location of the ship, click on the ship name, which will be underlined and highlighted in blue.
Shipment Schedule
Status: Indicates the current stage of the shipment.
•
Ready to Depart: The shipment is prepared and awaiting departure.
•
Departed: The shipment has been shipped and is en route to its destination.
•
Arrived: The shipment has reached its destination.
•
Processing: The carrier is currently retrieving the shipment information.
•
Pending: The discharge port or unloading date has not yet been confirmed.
•
Not Found: The requested shipment information is unavailable or cannot be retrieved from the system.
Estimated Data & Time (ETD/ETA/ETB): Displays the estimated arrival, departure, and berthing times based on data from both the carrier and SeaVantage Real-Time Location-Based Information.
Actual Data & Time (ATD/ATA/ATB): Reflects the actual recorded times of arrival, departure, and berthing, provided by both the carrier and SeaVantage Real-Time Location-Based Information.
Predicted Data & Time (PTD/PTA/PTB): Provides AI-driven time predictions generated by SeaVantage’s advanced analytics, offering enhanced accuracy beyond traditional estimations.
•
PTA is only provided for the port immediately following the vessel's current location.
Users can toggle between carrier-provided data and SeaVantage’s AIS-driven real-time analytics for comparison.
Container & Event Information
•
You can view detailed container event information, including updates integrated by SeaVantage. By using the toggle button, you can easily switch between event details and see relevant updates from multiple sources.
•
You can view detailed Rail Event information. To see the carriers offering Rail Event services, click on the "Available carriers" button. This will provide a list of carriers associated with the Rail Events for your shipments.
•
You can access detailed information provided by APM Terminal, available upon request.

Red Lane – Represents the vessel's completed journey, showing the navigation path from the port to the current position of the ship.
•
Ship Icon – Marks the real-time location of the vessel, allowing users to track its exact position on the map.
•
Blue Dotted Lane – Displays the expected route from the vessel’s current location to the next destination port, providing a visual projection of its upcoming voyage.
Delete Shipment
•
To delete a registered shipment, right-click on the corresponding container number, B/L number, or booking number, and select the ‘Delete’ option.
