How can I know real-time port congestion?

Recently, the global logistics market is becoming issue suffering from congestion in US ports. It has been a huge barrier to find the congestion status of each port in real time. But, We, SeaVantage can provide a solution and Port Insight can give you insights you have never seen before. Let's meet SeaVantage's Port Insight from now on
There are two ways to access Port Insight in SVMP Web.
Menu → 'Tracking Vessel' → Click Map icon
Menu → 'Cargo Tracking' → Click "B/L No" or "Booking No" → Click "Port Name" or Click "Port Icon"
Now, let's take a look at "Port Insight" one by one.

1. Map

You can check the status of the port in real time.

Vessel Tracking If you click a vessel icon and IMO No, then you can track and trace her movement

2. Weather

It shows the port temperature, precipitation, wind speed and sunrise/sunset times as of the current time.
It shows weather information from the time of inquiry to the next 7 days.
For bulk shipping industry that are greatly affected by weather during unloading, weather information can be useful.

3. Predicted to Arrive

The number of vessels expected to arrive at the port → AIS > Destination + Prediction information using Big Data (past track) of SeaVantage
This is the average value of the last 7 days.
You can check the entire terminal list of the port, and you can select and inquire only the desired terminal.
If you click the number, it will move to the screen where you can check the list.

4. Waiting / Day

The number of vessels waiting to berth / Average waiting days
This is the average value of the last 7 days.
You can check the list of all terminals for the corresponding port, and you can select and inquire only the terminal you want.

7. Daily Report

If you see the average value for the last 7 days through items (No. 3, 4, 5, and 6), you can check the Daily report for each 7 days here. - Average waiting hour - Average working hour - Average waiting vessel count
By selecting "7Day" / "Monthly", you can check the average of 7 days or the average of the month

8. Shortcuts

You can move to any screen you want(Predicted Arrival, Waiting, Working, Departed)
POI (Point of interest): You can designate the area you want to manage with interest even if it is not a port.

9. Refresh button / Local Time

If you click the auto-refresh button, you can check the updated information every 30 minutes.
You can know the local time of the port.
